Please note: We are currently in the process of re-establishing the group. If you would like to contact the PPG please to so by using the link on this page.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.
To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Participation Group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you have received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long-term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

Involvement with Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board
As well as joining our Patient Participation Group (PPG), there are other ways in which you can become involved in improving the care provided by GP surgeries and the wider health service in Hertfordshire.
The Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board, established on 1 July 2022. The board is a new NHS organisation responsible for planning and overseeing health services in our area, making sure that they meet people’s needs effectively, improving care and health, and taking responsibility for spending NHS money wisely. Working closely with their board members and partners, they will focus on continuing to bring together the health, social care and voluntary and community services that serve Hertfordshire and the Harlow, Epping and Uttlesford districts of Essex. We want all residents, particularly those who face the biggest challenges to healthy living, to get the support they need to stay well.
The board of the ICB includes representatives from the NHS organisations in our area, including primary care (GP services), and Essex and Hertfordshire County Councils, which are responsible for social care for children and adults. They are committed to ensuring that the voices of the people and the communities we serve are heard at every level of our work. Please do get involved if you can. The meeting details and papers for our ICB are available in advance and you would be very welcome to join them, either in person or online. Thank you.
